Returns
We pack your order well. Our papads and pickles are fresh food items, so we do not accept returns after delivery – unless the product is damaged, broken, or shipped incorrectly.
Refund / Replacement
If the product is received damaged or incorrect, please report it with a photo within 48 hours of delivery.
We will provide you with a replacement or a full refund.
The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
